Online Store Policies
General
Everex reserves the right to change
store listings, products, specifications,
information and/or prices without
prior notification.
Shipping & Handling
All
orders must be received before 12:00
pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) to
be available for same day shipment.
All orders received after 12:00
pm PST will not be shipped until the
following business day. Shipping
is valid only for addresses within
the continental United States. Everex
uses standard shipping via United
Parcel Service (UPS). A physical
address must be provided with every
order, at time of purchase.
Special arrangements must be made
for delivery to United States Post
Office Boxes. Everex will make
a reasonable effort to ship your order
in a timely manner, however Everex
is not responsible for errors due
to incorrect addresses, delays due
to pending payments, product availability,
or shipping carrier errors. Shipping
and Handling charges are nonrefundable
once the order has been shipped.

Order Confirmation
For
security reasons, all orders must
be confirmed by the Everex payment
processor. Orders that are not
confirmed may be delayed or cancelled.

Returns
Return
requests must meet all of the following
criteria's to be considered valid:
· Requests must be submitted within
14 days from the original order date.
· Requests must be submitted in writing
(fax, email) and include a corresponding
order number.
· All returns must be accompanied
by a Return Merchandise Authorization
number (RMA#) issued by Everex or
authorized Everex return center. Any
returns that do not include a valid
RMA# will be refused.
Return Merchandise Authorization numbers
(RMA#) are valid up to 5 business
days from issue date. All returns
are subject to verification.
Any returned product not matching
the original shipped product in specification,
quality, or condition will be refused.
Everex may, at its own discretion,
seek legal or financial restitution
for fraudulent return claims.
Returns must include all hardware,
cables, software and manuals that
were included with the original shipment,
in the original manufacturer's box.
Any item returned without the
original packaging will be refused.
Everex will not be responsible for
return shipping charges or return
items misplaced or lost in transit.
All returns must be packaged
to prevent damage during the return
shipment process. Everex recommends
insurance be added to all returns.
Return items that are found
to be physically damaged can not be
returned for credit or exchanged.
Shipping and Handling charges are
nonrefundable. All returned
orders are subject to a 15% restocking
fee. There are no returns on
opened software, refurbished or clearance
items.
Cancellations
Order
cancellation must meet the following
criteria's to be considered:
· All cancellation requests must be
received in writing (fax, email) before
3:00 pm Pacific Standard Time, the
day of the original order. After the
stated time, the order will be considered
a return request and will be processed
as such, without exception
· Orders received after 3:00 pm Pacific
Standard Time must submit a written
cancellation request by 3:00 pm Pacific
Standard Time the following business
day. After the stated time the order
will be considered a return request
and will be processed as such, without
exception
· All written cancellation requests
must contain a valid order number.
· All cancelled orders are subject
to a 5% processing fee.
